These draft terms describe how retreat.club works today. They set out our role as an intermediary and what you can expect. Final terms will be prepared by our lawyers before launch.
This is a working draft shared for transparency. It is not legal advice and not the final agreement. Our lawyers are still reviewing it, and the wording will change before launch.
Our role
retreat.club is an intermediary marketplace with a concierge service. We list retreat venues, introduce you to hosts and help you plan — we are not a hotel, a travel agency or a tour operator.
Any booking you make is a contract between you and the venue or partner directly. We are not a party to that contract and do not provide the stay, transport or activities ourselves.
No payment on the platform
In this first phase retreat.club takes no trip payment and runs no checkout. There is nothing to buy on this site. You pay the venue directly, on the venue’s own terms.
We earn a commission from partners on confirmed bookings. This does not add a fee to the price you are quoted.
Listings and information
Until a venue owner claims and completes their listing, we show public facts only, clearly marked as unverified. Prices shown anywhere on the site are indicative and subject to confirmation by the venue.
We work to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee that every detail is current.
Using the site
Please give accurate information when you contact us, and use the site only for planning genuine retreats. We may decline or withdraw service where the site is misused.
Liability
Placeholder — the limitation of liability will be set by our counsel. As an intermediary, we are not responsible for the services a venue or partner provides.
Privacy
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy notice.
Governing law and disputes
Placeholder — intended to be the law of Vietnam, with disputes resolved by arbitration or the competent courts. The final clause will be confirmed by our counsel.

retreat.club is operated by Công ty CP Dịch vụ và Giải pháp Doanh nghiệp Pandora Việt Nam (Pandora Vietnam JSC), tax code 0107729564, a company registered in Vietnam. "retreat.club" is our trading name; "Pandora" refers to this operating company only.
