These draft partner terms outline how hosts and partners work with retreat.club. They are a plain-language summary, not the final click-accept agreement, which our lawyers will prepare before launch.
This is a working draft shared for transparency. It is not legal advice and not the final agreement. Our lawyers are still reviewing it, and the wording will change before launch.
Who these cover
These terms apply to venues, resorts, villas, retreat centres and DMCs that list on retreat.club and receive enquiries through us.
Commission
There is no fee to join in this first phase. We invoice a commission only on bookings that are confirmed through retreat.club; the rate is agreed with each partner.
If we do not bring you a confirmed booking, you owe us nothing.
Non-circumvention
Clients we introduce stay associated with retreat.club for an agreed period (intended to be 12–24 months). Commission applies to repeat bookings from the same client within that period. The exact period will be confirmed by our counsel.
Your prices and availability
You set and control your own prices and availability. You are responsible for keeping the rates and details you provide accurate and current.
Content and rights
When you upload photos, descriptions and packages, you grant retreat.club permission to use them to display and market your listing. You confirm you hold the rights to the content you upload.
Reporting and reconciliation
Partners agree to report confirmed bookings and allow reasonable reconciliation of commission. Payment terms will be set in the final agreement.
Governing law
Placeholder — intended to be the law of Vietnam with arbitration or the competent courts for disputes. The final clause will be confirmed by our counsel.
Who operates retreat.club
retreat.club is operated by Công ty CP Dịch vụ và Giải pháp Doanh nghiệp Pandora Việt Nam (Pandora Vietnam JSC), tax code 0107729564, a company registered in Vietnam. "retreat.club" is our trading name; "Pandora" refers to this operating company only.
