When you are ready, you book with the venue directly. In this first phase there is no trip payment on retreat.club; our commission is settled with the partner afterwards, at no extra cost to you.

retreat.club takes no trip payment and runs no checkout in this phase. You never pay us for a stay. We earn a commission from the venue on confirmed bookings — the price you are quoted already reflects that.

Is retreat.club a hotel or a travel agency?
No. retreat.club is an intermediary marketplace with a concierge service. We list retreat venues, introduce you to hosts and help you plan — we are not a hotel, a travel agency or a tour operator.
How do I get a proposal?
Tell us the shape of your gathering through the proposal form — destination, group size, dates and budget. Our concierge reads every request and replies by email with a short, considered shortlist.
Are the prices on the site final?
No. Any price shown is indicative and subject to confirmation by the venue. Until a venue owner claims their listing we show public facts only, clearly marked as unverified.
